Shipping Policy

Shipping times for orders in stock

Items that are in stock will be shipped within 2 days of your order, after which you will likely receive the item within the timeframe specified at checkout. Please note that the shipping time shown at checkout is only an estimate and is not guaranteed.

Shipping times for orders in the Group Buy stage

We aim to ship group buy items within 3 months of the group buy end date (typically up to one month after the start date). If 3 months after the end date your items have not been shipped, you may choose to cancel your order for a full refund with no fee by contacting us.

Shipper information

To provide you with the best rates and delivery times, we may fulfill orders from a third-party warehouse located in an advantageous shipping region. The shipping rate and estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout. Rest assured that we are always committed to delivering your order safely and are constantly working to further improve our global shipping system.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are calculated and paid at checkout. Depending on your country and the order value, you may also be required to pay VAT (Value-Added Tax). Where possible, VAT is collected at checkout to avoid hassle and extra fees with the shipping provider. On top of that, your country may charge you duties/tariffs (usually only for high value orders). While these additional fees are beyond our control, we take everything into account to offer you the best shipping option we can.

VAT collection at checkout

For some orders, the best shipping option involves collecting VAT at checkout. Our fulfillment service may include a small VAT-prepayment fee lumped in with the VAT charge. While the fee is small, we value transparency and would prefer to display the VAT as exactly what will be paid to authorities. This is something we are still working on. You can always contact support@kbd0.com for clarification about your order.

Shipping delays

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Product Warranty

We stand by all of our products with a warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. If any defects occur within this period, we will offer to repair or replace the product at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

Return/Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your order

Please assume that all sales are final and refunds will not be issued. If your order has not been shipped you can try contacting us to cancel the order (there would be a small percentage fee since PayPal does not refund us their fees) but we can not guarantee this will be possible.

Returning items

Once your order is shipped, we do not offer returns or cancellations. However, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you experience issues with your order, please contact us - we are committed to addressing your issues promptly and ensuring your satisfaction.

We expect you to use common sense and act in good faith. Any malicious activity or activity breaching our Terms and Conditions will not be tolerated and appropriate counter-measures will be taken.
